The Sephardic Center of Istanbul has just published another treasure of the wonderful books of our dear Matilda Koen-Sarano: Kuentos del Folklor de la Famiya Djudeo-Espanyola (Stories from the folklore of the Judeo-Spanish family). A book full of great stories of the Judeo-Spanish folklore together with a whole chapter on the stories of the lives of Matilda’s family, each more interesting than the other. Here is another source for those who would like to develop their knowledge of Judeo-Spanish. The more a person reads in a language the more perfect his speaking ability gets.
